Below you’ll find your new company email signature, designed to keep everyone’s contact information and MPH branding consistent across email communications. Find your name below, click Copy Signature, and follow the steps below to add it to Outlook.

How to Add Your Signature in Outlook
- Find your name in the list below and click Copy Signature.
- Open Outlook and go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Go to Accounts → Signatures. Depending on your version of Outlook, this may appear under Mail → Compose and reply.
- Create a new signature or select your existing MPH signature to replace it.
- Click inside the signature editor and paste the signature you copied. The formatting, logo, links, and contact information should paste in automatically.
- Set the signature as your default for new messages and, if desired, replies/forwards.
- Click Save, then send yourself a quick test email to make sure everything looks correct.
That’s it! You do not need to retype or reformat anything.
The phone numbers are clickable, and clicking the MPH logo will take recipients
directly to the company website.
Start typing your name and your signature will appear below.
